Devin grew up in Jackson, Miss. and went on to play for the Ole Miss Rebels. As a freshman, he was the youngest player to ever win the NCAA singles title. Following his freshman year, he turned pro. At 14, Devin moved to Bradenton, Fla. to train at the Bollettieri Tennis Academy (now IMG). Devin competed in the Junior French, Wimbledon (SF) and US Open (F) Championships.
